Looking for recommendations on improving flow between floating soffit project and angled fireplace wall.

   attached a piece of wood to the shelf and scribe it to the wall, might have to pocket screw it from the top and fill holes and paint!

   I meant a piece to put in between the floating shelf that has the lights and the wall. A triangle-ish shaped piece.
